There are two kinds of nucleic acid. Such as:

(i)      De-oxy Ribonucleic acid (DNA) &

(ii)     Ribonucleic acid (RNA)

Three kinds of protein are in the nucleus protein:

(i)     Histone protein,                             (ii)    Non-histone protein &

(iii)   Protamin protein.
