Eric Arthur Blair, better known as George Orwell, is a well-known novelist. He was a native of India. But George Orwell succeeded and received his education in England. He was an English novelist, essayist, journalist, and critic simultaneously.

After completing his education, he was hired as an imperial police officer in Burma. He started his writing career as George Orwell, named for his favorite location, the River Orwell. He began writing before moving back to Suffolk in England.

He occasionally wrote journalism, which supported him. He held a teaching position while residing in London. He not only flourished as a writer from the end of the 1920s to the beginning of the 1930s but also saw the publication of his first works. He was hurt while fighting in the Spanish Civil War.

During World War II, he was a journalist for the BBC. Throughout his career, celebrity grew due to the publishing of Animal famous. In the final year before his passing, he divided his time between Jura in Scotland and London to finish Nineteen Eighty-Four. Nineteen Eighty-Four was published in June 1949, a little more than a year before he passed.
