There are 12 zodiac signs according to the 12 months of the year. Each zodiac sign influences a person’s attitude, luck, compatibility, and characteristics. It is widely believed that each zodiac sign plays a vital role in shaping a person’s traits and behavior. Zodiac signs are also commonly used for horoscope readings.

The 12 signs belong to one of Earth’s four elements: fire, water, air, and Earth. The symbols of the zodiac signs come from 12 animals in Chinese astrology. These twelve zodiac animals are Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
