Difference between DNA and RNA
DNA
-DMA is a double helix, ladder-like structure.
-The chemical composition is deoxyribose sugar, phosphate, adenine, guanine, thymine, and cytosine.
-Formed by replication
-Generally, it bears a gene that means it bears heredity characters
-Functionally DNA is one type
-Generally, DNA can be found only in chromosome
RNA
-RNA is a single standard chain-like structure
-The chemical composition of RNA is ribose sugar, phosphate adenine, guanine, uracil, and cytosine.
-Formed by transcription from DNA. There is no replication process
-There is no gene
-Functionally RNA is three types. a) rRNA, b) tRNA, c) mRNA.
-There are found in the chromosome, cytoplasm, and nucleolus
